Currently i spend over 20 hours a week in a gym. I bench 80 pounds over my weight and am in pretty good shape. i want to increase my overall strength still and want too break 315 on bench. I currently spend about 6 nights month going to parties and bars typically drinking 10-15 light beers. i have no problems with my weight. i am much more worried about drinkings effect on my body's testosterone production. i am currently at a plateau and can not seem to get stronger.
