It not bad I had that to. it happened twice but different day hahaha honestly it normal Just don't do that take control. when you have sex move, for guys when your Girl is on the TOP, Just be careful it mostly happened there. after it happen that experience I learn to take control while my misses was on the top doing her thing. from there till now I havent had that popping nose.

I have been married a very long time and can tell you that there are certain positions that cause it worse. It can cause permanent problems to his penis. We had to avoid any position that bent it past halfway point. Like reverse cowgirl is a definte no no. Female dominant is ok if you keep it forward. it can cause scarring and then painful erections later on so you avoid making it happen, according to my husband it is also very painful. The doctor has a procedure if it happens and causes damage, but most men can't fathom surgery on their penis. A urologist is where my husband ended up. Your knees up by your ears shouldn't cause a problem, sidelying is ok. You will learn what doesn't work for you but try not to make it happen when possible. good Luck.

Something almost identical to this happened to me.

I was having intercourse with my girlfriend, and i must have thrust awkwardly or something, and there was that popping noise. I also had intense pain, and the almost immediate loss of my erection. I knew something was badly wrong, so we went to hospital. By the time we got there, my penis was very swollen and bruised looking, and it was extremely painful to touch. Turns out i had a penile fracture (although there is no bone in your penis, that's what they call it) - basically, it's caused by a tear in the tissue inside the penis - if you are too rough or careless with an erection, it can have such a trauma as this, and it can be quite serious.

I had to have surgery to repair mine - it's almost back to how it was now, although i have a slight curve when erect now. My advice to anyone is to be careful - guys don't seem to think of causing damage to their penis during sex, but just one slip out of the vagina can have the above consequences. (and just so people are aware, sex positions with the woman on top are most likely to cause penile injuries)
