i recently had my ears done and somehow my earring dropped on the floor and my backing to the ear went in the ear lobe but can someone tell me a good method or any products to use to get it out without going to the hospital because I don’t wanna go there and I don’t let anyone touch it bc. I’m scared if it hurts
