I found the most interesting thing on the internet the other day. It said if you eat 37 strawberries a day, it could help your blood sugar. Pretty cool, I'd say! I love strawberries and I think if I add them to my diet, maybe I can go off my medication! I think something natural would be a lot better than something that is a drug. I am always looking for things to do to improve my blood sugar. I hope to rid of my diabetes the nature way by incorporating natural foods to the diet or supplements. Fruit like strawberries would be a great thing. I use cinnamon too to try and control my sugar, so maybe the strawberries might help me as well. Has anyone else tried to use them to control blood sugars in your life? Has it worked well for you? What other supplements do you recommend to get rid of diabetes? Thank you and live well!

Hello, Guest. I wouldn't believe that strawberries could let you go off your medication or get rid of your diabetes by consuming them. I hope that you will reconsider trying this type of diet to control your blood sugar. There are a lot of scams and misinformation out there and you have to educate yourself on what is true and what is not. As of now, the only thing you can do is watch your diet, lose weight, and exercise if you want to try to get off of your medication. The cinnamon you take is not harmful and there are studies about it helping to regulate blood sugar. Just be careful not to go off your medication without talking with your doctor. Are there other people that have used cinnamon or other supplements for their diabetes? How has it helped?
