Dear Board Members

I am 40 + male and I have started regular physical activity from last 1 year to control my tummy which was coming out. I joog contineously for 35 to 40 minute and total distance covered is 6.36 KM .

I have very smarter belly now , but my wife says I am over exercising and looking old my cheeks have been pinched and I must reduce my physical activity as it is above normal .

But I have carze to maintain this level of physical activity.

 

Please advice what should I do to have healthy looking

Eat 5/6 small meals including snacks,Avoid soda, diet soda and flavored juices, do walk for 30 minutes daily,Do take whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits more in your diet meals....
