Which physical activity would you suggest to reduce the chances of a heart attack (In French attaque cardiaque) or heart failure (In Frenchinsuffisance cardiaque)?

all you need to do is lay down on your couch and surf the internet for days
when you don't do anything your body will want to decrease in size so it makes doing nothing easier!
its called adaptation~
but don't eat or drink anything or else you might have to get up and use the bathroom. which mean your body will go back to growing
if you must eat something make sure requires the least amount of activity... 
ordering a pizza online, make sure you order something to drink. WARNING do not buy hot wings because they require too much effort to eat only order an xtra-large NO MEAT pizza, a lemon lime soda, and bread sticks LOTS of bread sticks
the MAXIMUM number of steps a day should only be about 100 or less
the less your heart pumps - the better

In my opinion, exercise is cumulative, and keep in mind too that getting more and more physical activity ( like outdoor games, marathon race, swimming etc.) can help you burn off calories.

Cardio (aerobic exercise). It lowers your blood pressure. Depending on what your doctor okays, you could:

  • Walk
  • Jog
  • Jump rope
  • Bicycle
  • Ski
  • Skate
  • Row
  • Dance
