Well, I kind of masturbated and ejaculated before I'd had wet dreams, and despite gaining hairs everywhere and spots and all the usual stuff, my penis has not grown at all, and has led me to believe that because I ejaculated before i naturally should have, i've stunted my penis growth or pubic growth in some way :-(

No, you didn't stunt your growth. Not everyone develops at the same rate. Your penis may grow larger later, you can't tell.
