on my penis there's all these white spots but one turned into a pimple looking thing,I tried to squeeze it but it hurts to much so I didn't go harder,but if u tell my to squeeze I can bare the pain

Where are all these white spots on your penis? Are they around the rim of the glans? How big are they?
I wouldn't squeeze them. It could leave a scar.

You really have to be careful with penis bumps. There are several things that can cause this problem in males. The thing is that this can be even sexually transmitted disease if you had any unprotected sex before the bumps appeared. You should also know that you need to keep your hygiene in penile area high because you are prone to infections such as urinary tract infection. DO you have any pain in the penis or when you urinate? Also have you had any ingrown hairs? Could this be caused by ingrown hairs? I don’t think that you should squeeze the bumps because this can only make things worse.
