Hi, I am a 24 year old vietnamese-american male. My pubic hair grew in around the normal time for puberty (16-18 years). My pubic hair grew on my groin, on my chest, my back, my armpits, and I have facial hair (albeit not too thick). However, the strangest thing is that I have not a single hair on my testicles.

Now I haven't really talked to my doctor about it, and a few years ago when I had a checkup my doctor performed a hernia exam (turn your head and cough) and didn't mention anything about how my testicles didn't have hair. Maybe he assumed I shaved them?

Either way, I was wondering if anyone knew (or even heard of) if it might be a sign of any sort of deficiencies or if I'm just weird before I talk to a doctor about it.

I don't think it's anything to be that worried about, if it really is worrying you that much just slip the topic in to the conversation next time you see your doctor.

Perhaps a little unusual, not heard of any guy who has hair on and around his penis but no hair on his testicles. I don't think its anything to do with deficiencies as you are hairy in all those other places. I have seen many men who have hairy arms and legs but unusually no hair on their chests, I always thought that if a man had hairy arms he automatically had hair on his chest, but that is NOT the case, same goes with having a hairy pubic area, it does not mean you have hairy balls as well as you have proved in your case.
