hi i have suffered what i think is nerve pain for nearly a year now, its like an electric shock that comes from my head an even goes into my lips an whole body, i can barley walk with it as every step i take sends shock waves through my body, its ruining my life i have been on nerve tabs and they r not helping can anyone please help me
