I had a CA125 done two weeks ago and it was at a 64, the following week the doctor requested another CA125 and it was 116. Do a elevated CA125 such as what i have experienced mean I have Cancer? I have an appointment at the Fox Chase Cancer center in 2 week, per my OBDYN doctors request. I have an enlanged uterus, my stomach is enlarged, urinate frequently, pain on right side, break through bleeding :-( :-( :-(

How are you doing now? I am an ovarian cancer survivor. They caught mine early. From my experience the elevated CA125 could be ovarian cancer but it could also be endometriosis-which I also had.

Hi - I had been experiencing pain and discomfort in the pubic bone and lower left side of uterus so visited drs.  I was examinand and told I had a bulky uterus.  I had bloods done with a CA 125 at 116.  I am 48 and have not had a period for nearly 2 years.  I had a transvaginal scan where I was told right ovary was clear but couldnt see the left one clearly.  I was also told that my uterus was bulky which they may want to look at.  I was then referred to general surgery who decided not to do a colonoscopy but a ct scan of the abdomen and pelvic area.  I still haven't had the results but when I saw my rheumatologist he told me some of the report that the uterus was bulky and may require further investigation but nothing bad seemed to be on there!!!  It's been 4 weeks since my scan and I want to be put out of the worry of waiting on whats going on!!! Any ideas anyone????
