So i have no idea what is wrong with me, please advise me :-)
Heres a little bit about my past medical history:
I've had 2 recent episodes of DVT
Raised blood glucose level
Im currently on a sugar free diet
and im medicated angina and anticoagulation.

I am married, also obese and inactive.
My doctor is rude and i dont like taking advice from him..
