Why does my vision go swirly and black out whem i lay dowm and look up?

A few years ago i got a really bad eye infection,they said it was like pink eye for ,uch older people and i have no idea if that is linked or now, and ever since then when i lay down and look up i get a really bad head ache and my vision gets these swirly lights in the corver and i cant see anything thats there. So far in 6 years the onoy thing ive kearned that makes them go away is sleep. Im 16, female. I do not have low blood pressure or diabetes.
