Hello. I am a 43 years old woman and I am frequent on my meditation sessions. I get very comfortable and start meditating. But the thing is that I obviously get "too" relaxed, and I often fall asleep. It can get really unpleasant for me. Is this a problem of mine? Should I stop meditating?

There is no such thing as being too much relaxed. You paid a session to get relaxed, and if you are getting relaxed, you are getting your money’s worth! If you want to gain more self-control, you could enroll to something different - like yoga or something. But the key is relaxing - so as long as you are doing what you paid for – don't worry.
