Hello. I am a 35 years old woman, and I, and I am really anxious from time to time. It is so bad that I my anxiety come to the edge with panic! This can't go on this way and a was thinking of putting an end to it. I heard that meditation is useful. Could you explain how does it works, and how effective it is? Thanks

It is true. Meditation can be a useful tool with panic attacks(along with a few other methods). It helped me greatly to find my peace, and now I am really better. I was always panicking about everything, but now I am fine. Basically, You listen to relaxing music and following instructions of your guide. You let yourself drift of as you fall in more relaxed state of mind.
