hi my name is tiffant and i am 15, i am not over weight but i have fat inner thighs and i want to know how to get gid of the fat on my inner thighs, is there anything i can do?

There is excersises you can do which will help you tone up that area of your legs, such as

Lunges
Running
Squats
and there are many exercise equipment which you can purchase that will also help

I have the same problem. I am doing Pilates for the lower body though and already am noticing changes in the toning of my thighs! If you can afford it, buy a Lower Body Pilates DVD, and work along side of it every other day. Not every day though, as you will definatly feel the pain if you do it right the first time. It's good to let your body recover from work-outs. Don't over do it!

You're young though, so right now you have a lot of control over your body with a simple healthy diet and specific work out regimen. And by diet, I am not saying starve yourself.

Eat three healthy meals a day, avoid fatty foods such as cookies/cake/fast food. Stay active, and you'll stay healthy!
