Feeling no pleasure when masturbating, is it because I'm too young?

Hello,

I'm a 13 year old boy, and have been trying to masturbate since I was 11 but I've never felt any actual pleasure from doing it. The only real 'pleasure' I get is when I get an 'orgasm', which after about 2 - 3 minutes I get a slight nice feeling, and then it just goes away.

Is it just because I'm too young? I can't pull my foreskin all the way back yet, maybe I'm not at the right stage in puberty, but any help would be nice. Thanks.
