I just started school (high school) 5 days ago. I used to stay up till 3 am and wake up at 2 pm. That was my sleeping schedule. I dramatically changed it for school now 10pm to 6:20 am. Thursday, Friday and now I've felt tired alllll the the time and occasionally lightheaded. Could it be because of my changing of sleeping schedule?

It's probably your body getting used to the shock of early morning starts, if it continues I'd recommebd consulting a doctor to have a blood test done
