A month before my doctor incorrectly diagnosed me with having acid reflux and prescribed me with zantac medicine to reduce my stomach acid. I took them which I wish I never did and right after taking them about a week later I started feeling dizzy and fatigue. I stopped taking them after about two weeks of taking them daily. I also had occasional stomach cramps and constipation  after taking them. These problems still continued after I stopped taking the zantac for good and it's been around a month by now. Yesterday was really bad since I had a viral infection. My whole body felt weak and had a massive headache. I was so weak and dizzy I could not even walk or talk properly and my vision was going blurry. I know people say zantac isn't strong at all but I think it really effected my since I tend to skip meals every now and then and was already a bit malnourished before but not as near bad as now. I'm trying to eat more to get the nutrients I lost but I'm really concerned of how much damage the medicine's done to my body. Before I had taken the zantac, I felt fine. I checked the scales last night and I've lost 6 pounds. So will I need to go to a doctor and ask for a medicine to reverse the effects the zantac did like some kind of medicine to increase my stomach acid or will it just heal on it's own and I just need to eat more?

anyone who can answer please do I'm getting really worried. thankyou
