fibroids, pitting edema, and extremly painful hips and legs

hi all i have been suffering with extreme hip and leg pain mostly in the groin/ upper thigh region but at times sciatica like pain all the way down my leg and pitting edema in both legs for the past 4 yrs all tests are neg including MRI except i have effusions on the joints. ultrasound showed my uterus is enlarged, slightly tilted and i have a fibroid. Dr didn't tell me how big but i am wondering could this be the cause of my severe pain? Dr said it was possible but he didn't think it was the source. I am at my wits end here. there are days i cant walk baring weight seems to aggravate my hips and nerve pain. I should also mention I have excessive facial hair IM GROWING A BEARD..but yet losing hair on my head. I do not have pcos please help i cant even hold a job the pain is just to bad
