You can't lose your virginity from fingering - only from penetration sex. You may rupture the hymen, but this is not losing virginity.
I would say that the cramping is from your impending period as fingering is not known to cause cramps.

Ok no, losing your virginity from a finger is NOT a thing. Yes, you could break the hymen but you can also do that during vigurous sports and such. Just because your hymen is broken does not mean you have had sex. If someones penis has entered your vagina then yeah you're no longer a virgin. But if not, don't worry about it. You still have your virginity.
