Basically, talk to your wife. Ask her what she wants to do and how to do it. Communication is the key. She knows what makes her feel good, as you know what makes you feel good. Tell her what you like too.
Take your time. Get some extra lubrication, it can help. It can be painful for a woman the first few times. The tissues are not used to be stretched and they can tear. Her hymen may break and there can be blood. Be prepared for it but don't get scared. It's all normal.

I agree that communication is key. If you're both inexperienced with sex, talking is only going to get you so far, though.
