Hi there, this exact thing word for word just happened to me today. I know this post is old but if you have any answers or ideas of what happened or what caused this to happen to you please reply. I'm very curious and a little nervous as last night I was having terrible pains and sweats and then passed the tissue this morning. I had it too... Weird. I had a tubal liagation over 26 years ago. I'm now 51. I had severe pain, during the 3rd day of my cycle... And saw this membrane/flesh thing. Freaked me out!. I hope it's nothing serious??
