I have some white spots on the rim of the head of the penis and some of them on my upper lips. I had searched them on internet and got to know that they are known as fordyce spots/granules. They don't hurt or itch. 

Is there any way to get rid of them? Or minimize them? 

I was wondering if applying betadine ointment would help get rid of them because it does help in the case of pimples.
