I posted yesterday but today I wanted to post another topic because I just retracted my foreskin and noticed that it seems to be attached to the bottom of my head. Is this normal? Also, it is much harder to retract while erect, and I can't pull it back all the way over the top of my head, but it gets past the bottom perfectly fine (my head is shaped like _) ), will this be enough during sex?
Should I just continue stretching exercises or is the attached part not normal? I haven't been able to come up with a good answer doing research myself.

The foreskin is suppose to be attatched to the butoom of your head. That's totally normal. When you're erect the foreskin will come off the head and nothing should be any different. It'll still be attached, but it shouldn't affect your sex/masterbation.

You will be able to have sex just fine. Your foreskin doesn't need to go back to do that. However for your own pleasure it would be better if you can get it to retract easily without any pain.
What you see on the under side of your head is called the frenulum. If you Google that you should be able to find some pictures of it. It's a piece of skin that on most men keeps the foreskin from going back all the way and for many, like myself, it was painful during sex because it got overstretched. After I got married and began having regular sex, mine kept tearing until now it isn't there at all and my foreskin pulls all the way back so the tip is near the bottom of the shaft.
Sometimes I think it is our equivalent of the girls hymen that has to be destroyed to have sex.
Having a foreskin that retracts all the way painlessly is a joy that provides indescribable pleasure. The inner side of your foreskin is stretch sensitive and adds a lot to your pleasure as it gets stretched when going into the vagina. So getting that pesky frenulum out of the way is a real plus. You can have it removed my a doctor. You can wait for that to happen during sex like it happened to me. Or you can just leave it alone and live with it. Some guys have gotten rid of theirs during over exuberant mast*rbation but I'm not saying you should try that
You may have read about stretching the tip (opening) of your foreskin so it will retract over your glans if it's too tight. You may need to do that but I don't think the stretching will help on the frenulum. I had to stretch the tip of mine for more comfort. I did it by inserting two fingers in tthe opening while in the shower and spreading it as much as I could stand for as long as I could stand it. It hurts some depending on how hard you do it and I created some stretch cuts on it but they healed up in a day or two, each time. It took about a year to get it so it was as loose as I wanted.
After I got it to retract easily the next problem was the super sensitivity of my bare glans and I had to fix that.
