i am 55 yrs old and lately noticed a foul dead animal smell with my period, i don't use tampons and besides a bit of acid reflux and intestinal problems i am healthy, i am active (tho not sexually) i work out, walk alot, why does it smell so bad, should i see my gynocologist?
