For the last couple of months I am having problems with producing gasses that have incredibly strong odor. Just when I think it won’t be felt, it smells really bad. Sorry for the description but I am so confused and I can’t figure it out what could be causing it. I know that certain vegetables could cause foul smelling gasses as well as beans but I eat these in moderation. What should I do!

I had the same problem for months and I also didn’t know what to do with it. Couldn’t figure out what it was. During those months I had my coffees with a lot of milk and I would often drink ness coffee with milk only, so that was a lot of milk during the day. When I started dieting and cut down on milk, my problem was gone and I realized it was the milk. Then I found info that milk could be causing such reactions. I made sure it was milk when I had two ness coffees one day and the gasses started shortly after having them. If you don’t drink a lot of milk, or don’t eat a lot of veggies I would suggest you try to cut down on anything you do it a lot for a few days and see if the gases disappear. I am sure it has to do with your nutrition, you just have to see what it is. Luckily, the symptoms are visible after just a few days. Good luck!
