I found that my Frenulum break completely. I don't know about this. I cover it with spreet after a while blood stopped
Someone please suggest what was that and now what to do .

This happens, a lot.
Your frenulum was likely a bit short and tore during sex. It may heal normally or it may not, it depends upon the tear. Will it likely affect your sexual performance in the future, probably not. Your foreskin should be able to slide easily up and down the shaft.
Consult a urologist for the best advice. They may suggest leaving it alone or in some cases performing a minor operation, NOT a circumcision.
