I'm a 19-year-old female and I had a question about my breasts, more specifically my nipples. The majority of the time I have little to no sensation in my breasts, which I assume could be due to my low blood pressure. However, from time to time, my nipples get so sensitive that it hurts to so much as wear a shirt because of the friction. Just now I was going to take a shower and my nipples look like they have scrapes on them from the shirt. Does anybody have a hypothesis on why this happens? As far as I've noticed, there's no specific pattern to when they get sore or tender, it just kind of occurs.
