Mjaym, thank you for the information you posted! I developed this problem about 6 years ago (I was 27 yrs old) and had no idea what was causing it. My wife and I tried researching and asking questions but always got to the same answer..... "it's a hygiene issue". I knew this was not the case as I am quite pedantic when it comes to hygiene. I came across your post and decided to give the d-mannose a try. I only took two servings (one in the morning and one late afternoon) and made sure I drank at least 2L of water and by the next morning, the smell was gone! I can't believe it took 6 years of living with this embarrassing smell before finding this information.

Ive always noticed s more fishy smell begins to emit from under the glans after ejaculating a day or two before. Going a week without sex or masturbating typically makes it go away. (Assuming some pheromone chemical release after ejaculation to signal either depletion or something)
