White thick vaginal discharge with fishy smell

I've been getting the same thing and I hate it, the smell is horrible. you should go to your local gp so they can give you some antibiotics to clear it, as my symptoms match up to the ones of the BV infection. it's nothing serious, but unless you want an odour for a long time then its best to see a doctor. hope this helps :-).
