hi i have had alot of symptoms my doc doesnt quite know whats up with me yet,so hoping someone can help!?for 5mnths ive been chronicly fatigued,with swollen sore abdomen,sharp pain when food or drink reaches top of stomach,followed by further swelling after eating.also had terrible pains down my left insides and down low.intermittent diareah/constipation.sore mouth and tongue,burning eyes.feel dehydrated inside but drink loads.my thyroid swelled up and also have low vit b 12 count.now i have extremely painful wrists and hands,have worryingly lately have had chest/heart pain and short of breath,the worst thing is the tiredness and feeling spaced out!ive lost my job im depressed and feel like im seriosly ill but my doctor doesnt know whats wrong!can anyone help? maybe i have a few things going on and gastritis is a consequence of something else i dont know!
