Does there are any way to get more fat? Because I am too skinny and I need to grow up few kilos. I tried eating much food but that doesn't helped. I think the problem is that my life is very active: I'm doing various sports everyday. So should I stop being active and spend rest of my life sitting next to the computer OR try to eat more fat foods like hamburgers?

If you work out at all you should try to use something like a muscle gainer, my husband has been eating it lately (its like a shake, you mix it with milk or w/ ice cream, fruit w/e you want and it tastes just like chocolate so that is good) anyways, if you drink it twice a day before and after workout it is supose to help you gain 1 1/2 pounds a week of muscle, and it would be better for you to gain muscle than fat. We got it at walmart in the weight loss section. It was like 13 dollars and we have not ran out yet, been using it for like 10 days...
