I am 35 old mom of 2 kids. I recently started getting pain in my joints. Doctor mensioned it could be artherits. He suggested me to use gluostamine to build a chemical in the joints. As long as i use it there are no pain but still less flexibility. I want to excersice and reduce my future damage to my joint bones. So what excersice is good for it ?
I am also planning to go to arobics for my muscle tonning but worried if its not good for joints. Could you suggest what is the good way to excersice but still build the muscles and not heart the joints.
