i reacently had 2 ovarien cists removed from my right ovarie and my steralisation clip was not on my right tube. so me and my partner took it as a sign 2 have a baby. now im 2 and a half weeks late on my period i have pregnancy signs but the pregnancy test came up negative. so wot can it be. :'( :'(
