OK, this is going to be kind of hard to explain, but I need some questions answered.
OK, I'm thirteen. I met this girl online, I'll call her..G. Yep, G. Anyways, after talking to her for a few months, I've really started to like her more then just friendship level, and she feels the same way. She's 14, and I can confirm this because we've one-way video chatted. Anyways, she knows just about everything about me. But I don't know if she'll like how I look. I'm not fat or look horrible IMO, but I dunno what I'd do if something would happen because of it.

Looks are just one part of a relationship. If you've been talking to her for a while and you both know a lot about each other then I wouldn't worry. She likes you for a person. Look at it this way, she doesn't know what you look like now either and she's talking to you.
You'll just have to give her a chance and trust your feelings for her.
