Hello, I am 28 years old and I have to say that I constantly live in fear for my kid. He is 7 years old now and suffers from a celiac disease. And that leads us to the problem of the gluten free diets that make me so frustrated. I mean, there are products that say they are gluten free but they are actually not! How am I supposed to know that?

Well, writing false statements on the product’s label is a criminal offense, but there is another possibility. It might be that your kid is also allergic to some other types of food, not only gluten. Maybe that is the reason why he does not take well those gluten free products. And to find out more about it, I guess he will have to do some additional allergen tests.
