Sir: I contracted this thro' unprotected sex over 20 yrs ago. From then to now; intense burning in urethra under the knob and left half of knob muscle burning- unbearable. Tests in hospital showed NIL. Took homeopathic med and got lots of relief. Now it has stopped being rffective. Yellowish discharge- not visible but stains u/w. Pleas advise what to do. Thanks
