Good day to you too.

It's understandable to be concerned about a lump on your testicle. Even though this lump has been present for a long time and hasn't grown in size, it's important to get any new or persistent lumps checked by a doctor. He can determine whether it's something benign, like a cyst, or if it needs more investigation.

Testicular lumps can have various causes, and it's not always possible to determine the nature of the lump without a medical examination. The fact that it's painful when compressed is also a reason to have it evaluated.

Your health and peace of mind are important, and a healthcare provider can offer the most reliable guidance based on a physical examination and, if necessary, further tests.
