Well if your getting oral sex out of this I don't think you have been used/played but him saying 'I don't know' to why don't we have sex...must of been a turn off and what do you say after that.
Maybe he thinks its to soon or he’s not sure if you might use him then break up or if the sex he gives you is good enough for you that you won’t leave him...so try to find out what’s stopping him so he can move on or tell him you like being with him but you need a man that can do more then just oral if that doesn’t make him step up dump him.
