Hi, I have a ten year old son, who can’t stop biting his nails. I tell him to stop, over and over, but he doesn’t listen. What should I do?

Nail biting is often a common reaction to stress. If you want him to stop, you need first to check if he is ok – is he anoyed , frustrated about something. Don’t push your child around – it will only worsen it. There are some solutions. You could ask him to wear gloves, or use some lossions such as BiteEnd, NoBite, and others that give bitter taste, and reduces nail biting. Does someone knows more?
