I just started taking Yaz birth control exactly one month ago. It seems to be doing its job as far as easing pms symptoms. I just go my period and it was very light and absolutely no cramping and no mood swings which is amazing. However, I have noticed that I am losing hair. Not clumps or anything. But lots of strands when I wash my hair and brush it. Does anyone know if this is just a side effect that will go away with time. Or is this going to continue the whole time I'm on this medicine? Is there any pill out there that does the same as Yaz minus the hair loss?
