I have a small bump on my lip and it has been there for about a month. It doesn't hurt and is barely visible. I think it may be a pimple but it isn't a different color from my lip. I do get a cold sore like every 4 months but always in the same spot; in the corner of the lips but this bump is on the other side and closer towards the middle of my lower lip. Is this a pimple or something else? what can i do to get rid of it?
