Create a strained mixture of olive oil and garlic oil and place one to two drops into the infected area.

Excessive nose picking can aggravate the nasal hairs (and nerves) since you're moving them and putting more bacteria into them. If this happens again avoid picking your nose for at least 2 days.

think this is similar to what i had i was told at first it was a nasal polyp and given dymista nasal spray which didnt help much and i didnt want to use it long term anyway
i stuffed some canestern hydrocortisone cream on the end of my finger and rubbed it in the hard lump that was effecting my breathing.
it was gone in 2 days and has never come back this is an over the counter drug in the uk canerstern is a trade name so is daktacourt hope it works for someone else

I have this same thing in my right nostril, not on the septum. I've had it for at least two years now and in the last few months it has almost doubled in size it seems. It feels hard. I tried to poke it with a needle but didn't go through with it fearing what might come out haha. No idea what it is, no health insurance. I smoke and tend to pick my nose. I don't use nasal sprays or any other medication. I'm glad to find it's not a huge cause for concern but I'm ready to take a knife to this stupid thing because now it's starting to feel irritating. It doesn't move but it seems like it's still getting bigger.

I have same thing in center bridge of left nostril, it is a big deal cause it has great impact of the quality of my life; I'm only half alive because of it. Some times i get fresh air through left nostril and it is such a relief, there is not many answers conserning our delema. And that leads me to my conclusion, it may sound crazy well it is crazy but not out of the question. IMPLANT. YOU can relieve the symptoms but plain and simple you need to remove the implant through surgery or if your brave dig it out!!! The one guy that said he did so sounds like it worked. Implants for who knows what reasons have been expermented with, one method is at birth the implant is planted then. Which i think is my case. Any comments keep an open mind?!

I don't know if I have the same thing as all of you, but i do have a hard ball thing up my nose but I can't feel it, it is so far up. I can feel it on the outside and it makes it kinda hard to breathe out of that side. It is kinda painful also.
