about a month ago I had a pimple in my left nostril, right in the front. It was really swollen and painful and disappeared after maybe 2 weeks or so. Been clear for a couple of weeks and the same just returned on the same spot...
what could that be? How can I get rid of it? I think a small one is just developing on the right nostril too... really bothers me, its painful, feels hot and slightly itches.

I have one as well...its driving me nuts too. Did u find out what it is??? Lack of protein or eating too much chocolate?? I dunno

Dont pluck out your nose hairs. It leaves an open hair folical where germs and bacteria get into after the hair is removed. Your nose is a bad neighborhood and your nose hairs are designed to keep out the riff raff I.E. bacteria, germs, dust, etc... Use barber scissors if nasal maintenance is required. To pop them...just get some real estate up in there and squeeze from the inside and out. Trust me when I say if its ready to pop... you will feel it. I would avoid topical creams since you nose has mucous membranes that do not react to chemicals like alcohol based acme stuffs. Happy Hunting!
