I noticed my bump a year after a car crash i was involved in. It grew in the same are were i Hit my face with the sterring wheel never had it hurt till 7 years later. It aches and i snees and it 3 to 4 times its always itchy now but its not big enogh for surgery. Drives me crazy.

I noticed a few years ago when I got my wisdom tooth out I didn't finish all the medicine that the doctor had gave me right where the tooth has been taken out days before it felt like the tooth was starting to grow back the dentist said it was extra cartridge right after that that's when I start feeling something inside my nose. my Q-tip got caught on something I figured it was a hard booger come to my surprise it was the same thing the doctor said mine is the size of like a fishbone I can feel it under the skin in my nose my son who is 17 had his 4 wisdom teeth taken out this year 02/2017 he has the same problem hard like crust booger inside the nose under the skin.

I have it and referred to ENT in a week and I will post what he says. Hoping it is nothing to worry about.

I too have a lump inside left nostril. Had a basal cell carcinoma removed from outside of my nose 8 months ago and saw the consultant this week who feels it could be a polyp that could have been pushed out during the operation and has referred me to ENT consultant. Doesn't feel like a polyp and it wasn't there before operation so hope it is nothing too serious.

I have a hard bump on the inside of my left nostril as well.. its not painful but when i touch it i sneeze like crazy
