Hello, I am 16 years old and I have been having acne since I was at least 13 or 14. I get it around my forhead and cheeks accationaly, which doesnt bother me and is normal. But my problem is that if I dont use my acne meds or wash my face good enough, I get a massivly huge pimple just on my nose. I dont know why but it's sometimes in the same places and its really big compared to regular pimples. Its the most embarrising thing ever! And over the years it has left many scares on my nose and I dont want anymore. Im thinking its just mass dirt build up on the nose but it keeps happening everytime! I have gotten black head remover and used acne producs since my first break outs. Proactiv is what really works, but if i forget to use it or something for a week or so then I get massivly huge pimples? Any ideas on what to do!?! =[

i found that proactive really helps with reoccurring acne. I would recommend trying that to see if the pimple goes away and stays away.
