I found some information on this since I've been dealing with the exact same thing. Hopefully it helps. I don't know if this is what it is but this, along with this thread, make it seem more common than most of us probably thought! (Forehead Osteomas)

Is this a regular hospital the nurse with the bump went to where your medical insurance paid for it, or was this a plastic surgeon where you have to pay out of your own pocket.

I'm 15 years old. I also have hard lump. It makes me feel ashamed, ugly, discomfort. I'm so insecure to other girls that they can show their forehead. They are so comfortable to show it. I always hide my forehead by my hair. I have side bangs, and I often using cap to cover it. I need to try something because I don't think I can go on with this giant, ugly, embarassing bump on my forehead anymore. I want to lose it, how?

Hi all,
Somewhere in this thread I read a tip of pressing the bump down with your knuckle to remove/reduce it. I also read a tip here by holding tea against it it may reduce in size.
I'm sure these tips were placed with good intent. However, I wanted to warn that following these tips by applying pressure and heat may lead to tissue damage, possibly even scarring and the actual bump removal / reduction, if any, is likely to be temporary.
I don't think there is a good, non-surgical, trick to get rid of a bony bump, unfortunately. Please carefully consider before trying anything yourself as you don't want to increase the damage and/or make the appearance worse. I know how nagging and frustrating these issues can get, but unless you're absolutely certain you've come across a good solution, it's probably best to 'let it be' and roll with it for the moment as otherwise the aftermath can be quite a shock and worse than before. The last thing you'd want on top of what you're currently experiencing is "I wish I hadn't gone through with that" or "If only things were how they were before I did this".
With the best of intention,,
Peace

You have nothing to worry about a small lump on the forehead between the hairline and eyebrow is usually a forehead osteomas or a natural lump of bone on the skull they are usually benign but if you can I would suggest getting a ct scan just to make sure
