hi 4 the past month or so i have been having bad thoughts about hurting someone. it could be any1 or anything. this is not me i realy want them 2 stop, i have been 2 the doctors and they are sending me 2 b assesed by a mental health specialist. i am just worried that they would take me away from the people i love (family). when i have these thoughts it realy gets me down and i am affraied and sceared, i try 2 think of other things but when i do concentrat on thinking of other thing all of a sudden the bad thoughts pop back up. i dont feel the same person as i used 2 be 3 months ago. this is not me and i want 2 go bk 2 the person i once was...

p.s any usefull tips on how to deal with these thoughts wud be gratefull thank you..

Id just like to let you know i have read your post.
You sound like you do need someone to talk to. An i hope your doctor helps you soon.
Its really brave of you to admit you have a problem an to ask for help.
I cant give you any advice on this subgect Sorry. But i just wanted to reply to you.

From working with children, its the very very last resort to take people away from there family.
Your family will be the ones to help you when they get the right advice on how to.
