He removed the condom without me noticing, Am i infected??

Please give me your professional opinions, Please help me understand, i am very confused with my body's condition.


I am a female and I had an encounted with a person (unknown status but having 3 healthy kids) for the first time on November 16th which did not lead to any ejaculation.
the second time was a unprotected encounter with the same person which, this time led to ejaculation.
two days later(on december 9th), i was feeling tired, sneezing (no runny nose), having occasional headache, and feeling hot from time to time (my fever never went upper than 37.3 if orally checked). I have also been eating a lot (i was on my periods since december 12th). Today, after eating a very oily food, i had a bad nausea and did not feel a bit better until i vomited 1 hour later and had some tea. i also had diarrhea right after vomiting.

Keeping in mind that i am used to vomit since i stopped my diet 3 years back, and i do get diarrhea from time to time.

PS: i had very hard and stressful time during the week before having the second encounter, plus many sleepless nights due to some work reasons.
